A stylized lily flower, seen in ornamentation (and in heraldic art) as an ode to nobility, purity, ancient French sovereignty. Set with jewel-toned hues favored by the Medieval stained glass artists back in the 12th century for an adornment that pays tribute to the architectural beauty of centuries past.

Carved & cast in mixed metals with antiqued, layered patinas of age ~ the arch frame is sterling silver, the Fleur detail is recycled bronze. Cobalt glass is set within the back of the frame using a mosaic grouting technique.
